We produce smoked salmon under our own The Pride of Scotland brand, and as own-label products for a variety of high quality, premium customers. Our smokehouse has sat on the shoreline of Speybay for over 100 years, and is renowned as one of Scotland’s leading artisan producers of quality smoked salmon. Using time-honoured techniques, the art of smoking salmon has been passed down over the decades, to allow us to produce a range of the highest quality smoked salmon, with something to suit every taste and occasion.
We have recently extended our product range for our customers and now have an excellent source of Halibut, that is farmed around the coast of Norway, as well as Yellowfin Tuna, caught by longline methods in the Pacific Ocean.
We are a long established leading producer of the highest quality peeled scampi cores produced from Scottish langoustines. Our shellfish are responsibly harvested from the cold and pristine waters of well managed North Sea and West Coast fisheries and our modern processing facility is located near to many of these local fishing grounds.
