Our shellfish are sustainably harvested from the cold and pristine waters of sustainably managed North Sea and West Coast fisheries and our modern processing facility is located near to many of these local fishing grounds.
The wild shellfish around the waters of Scotland is known for being amongst the best in the world and we work in close partnership with a number of Scottish fishing vessels to ensure careful handling of the catch at all stages of the supply chain.
We are part of an ongoing fisheries improvement programme, seeking to achieve Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) status for Scottish langoustines.

They are ideal for secondary food processors and foodservice companies looking for superior Scottish scampi for their products.
