Angela Raises Money To Support The Homeless

Angela Brunton, out HR consultant, braved the elements last December by joining 10,000 people across Scotland in sleeping rough as part of a charity event to raise awareness of the plight of the homeless.

Angela slept rough in Princes Street Gardens, Edinburgh, raising £3000 for Socialbite, a charity who support the homeless in Scotland. Overall the challenge, which took place in four Scottish cities, raised £2m.

Angela has now set her sights on new challenges and is heading to Thailand for a month as a volunteer teaching English to young children. In September she will be participating in a 400km cycling event that starts in San Francisco to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
