Statement: COVID-19

As COVID-19 continues to be a growing concern, it is important we provide reassurance that we are taking the required actions to ensure the safety of all our Stakeholders and the continuity of our business. A Continuity Management Team (CMT) has been established and a rigorous Risk Assessment and Control Plan (RACP) for all our business activity implemented.

The RACP is up-dated and actions taken on a daily basis, as more information becomes available and guidance issued. The health of our staff, the local community and all who engage with us is our first priority. At all times, we will follow the advice and instruction given by the UK government and health authorities.

Central to our RACP is ensuring good hygiene practices are in place throughout our business, with all members of staff having been briefed. Additional sanitisation stations have been installed across our site and a continuous cleaning routine put in place for all regular touched surfaces.

All non-essential travel, by staff, has been stopped and all non-essential visits, to site, cancelled. Where travel or a visit is thought essential, approval from the  CMT is mandatory. A screening questionnaire has been implemented for all returning staff, including those who may have attended an off-site meeting. All visitors deemed essential are also subject to a screening process. In all circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse entry.

Hauliers/Couriers will be prevented from entering our site and the signing for goods is subject to a strict hygiene procedure.

The continuity of our business is critical for all our stakeholders, as such we have implemented procedures which allow ‘off-site’ working and fully maintains our administrative operations. We will continue to focus on providing the highest quality product and a full service to our customers.

Should you have any concerns or require further information please do not hesitate to get in touch with your normal contact.

Regards
