Recipe Competition For Buckie School Kids

We have organised a special competition for Buckie High School, where S2 foreign language students have been tasked to come up with a unique salmon recipe.

The competition is for a fresh salmon recipe and a smoked salmon one, with their class peers then voting to decide the top three. Around 120 pupils, split into teams of four, will take part.

These top recipes will then go forward to a specially chosen taste panel at Associated Seafoods for a final winner to be chosen.
