classic smoked salmon sandwich

Ingredients
1 x 100g pack of Marks & Spencer Scottish Mild & Delicate Smoked Salmon
2 thick slices of crusty spread
Tomato slices
Cucumber slices
Lettuce leaves
Crème Fraiche Spread
50ml crème fraiche
1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
Method
To make the crème fraiche spread, mix together crème fraiche, horseradish sauce, lemon juice and dill
Spread each slice of bread with a thin layer of crème fraiche spread.
Layer all other ingredients onto one slice of bread and top with the second slice.
