Classic Smoked Salmon Sandwich
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 x 100g pack of Marks & Spencer Scottish Mild & Delicate Smoked Salmon
- 2 thick slices of crusty spread
- Tomato slices
- Cucumber slices
- Lettuce leaves
Crème Fraiche Spread:
- 50ml crème fraiche
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
Method
- To make the crème fraiche spread, mix together crème fraiche, horseradish sauce, lemon juice and dill
- Spread each slice of bread with a thin layer of crème fraiche spread.
- Layer all other ingredients onto one slice of bread and top with the second slice.
