classic smoked salmon sandwich

Serves 1


  • 1 x 100g pack of Marks & Spencer Scottish Mild & Delicate Smoked Salmon
  • 2 thick slices of crusty spread
  • Tomato slices
  • Cucumber slices
  • Lettuce leaves

Crème Fraiche Spread

  • 50ml crème fraiche
  • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped


  1. To make the crème fraiche spread, mix together crème fraiche, horseradish sauce, lemon juice and dill
  2. Spread each slice of bread with a thin layer of crème fraiche spread. 
  3. Layer all other ingredients onto one slice of bread and top with the second slice.
