Tomatoes quarters or (baby plumb/ cherry etc cut in halves)
cucumber (slices or batons)
spring onion / salad onion/ shallot (thinly sliced)
For the dressing
50g crème fraiche
50g mayonnaise
Chopped dill or parsley
Squeeze of lemon
Method
Blend all dressing ingredients together
Gently spread the dressing onto the wraps, place on the leaves,tomato, onion and cucumber, do not overfill. Cut or flake the honey roast salmon on top, drizzle on more of the dressing gently wrap and enjoy!
