Maple Cured Salmon Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 x 120g pack of Marks & Spencer Scottish Maple Cured Salmon Pieces
  • 1 cup of couscous, cooked as per pack instructions
  • 40g cashew nuts, chopped
  • 40g cooked garden peas
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halfed

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients with the cooked couscous
  2. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with flatbreads.
