Scottish Lemon & Pepper Smoked Salmon Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 x 100g pack of Marks & Spencer Lemon & Pepper Oak Smoked Salmon
- 2 wraps
- 1/2 lettuce, chopped
- 1 avocado, halved and sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 50ml crème fraiche
- Handful of chives, chopped
Method
- Lightly toast the wraps in a frying pan.
- Mix the crème fraiche and chives and spread onto one side of each wrap.
- Add the 1/2 each of the lettuce, tomato, avocado and Scottish Lemon & Pepper Smoked Salmon to each wrap.
- Roll up each wrap and serve.
