Scottish lemon & pepper smoked salmon wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 x 100g pack of Marks & Spencer Lemon & Pepper Oak Smoked Salmon
  • 2 wraps
  • 1/2 lettuce, chopped
  • 1 avocado, halved and sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 50ml crème fraiche
  • Handful of chives, chopped

Method

  1. Lightly toast the wraps in a frying pan.
  2. Mix the crème fraiche and chives and spread onto one side of each wrap.
  3. Add the 1/2 each of the lettuce, tomato, avocado and Scottish Lemon & Pepper Smoked Salmon to each wrap.
  4. Roll up each wrap and serve.
