Scottish Smoked Salmon Baked Potato

Ingredients
- 300g Scottish smoked salmon
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 tsp horseradish sauce
- 1 tbsp finely chopped dill
- Juice of half a lemon
- 4 baked potatoes, cooked
Method
- In a food processor mix together the Scottish smoked salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and dill, keeping it reasonably chunky. Season to taste and serve as a filling for the baked potato.
