Scottish smoked salmon baked potato

Serves 4


  • 300g Scottish smoked salmon
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp horseradish sauce
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped dill
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 4 baked potatoes, cooked


  1. In a food processor mix together the Scottish smoked salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and dill, keeping it reasonably chunky. Season to taste and serve as a filling for the baked potato.
