Scottish Mild & Delicate Smoked Salmon Baked Potato
- 1 x 100g pack Marks & Spencer Scottish Mild & Delicate Smoked Salmon
- 2 baked potatoes, cooked
- 50g cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp horseradish sauce
- 1tsp finely chopped dill
- Juice of a 1/4 of a lemon
- Pulse the smoked salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, dill and lemon juice in a food processor, until combined but still chunky.
- Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve on top of the baked potatoes.
