Scottish Mild & Delicate Smoked Salmon Baked Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 x 100g pack Marks & Spencer Scottish Mild & Delicate Smoked Salmon
  • 2 baked potatoes, cooked
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish sauce
  • 1tsp finely chopped dill
  • Juice of a 1/4 of a lemon

Method

  1. Pulse the smoked salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, dill and lemon juice in a food processor, until combined but still chunky.
  2. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Serve on top of the baked potatoes.
