Scottish Mild & Delicate Smoked Salmon Baked Potato

Ingredients
1 x 100g pack Marks & Spencer Scottish Mild & Delicate Smoked Salmon
2 baked potatoes, cooked
50g cream cheese
1/2 tsp horseradish sauce
1tsp finely chopped dill
Juice of a 1/4 of a lemon
Method
Pulse the smoked salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, dill and lemon juice in a food processor, until combined but still chunky.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve on top of the baked potatoes.
