Scottish Smoked Salmon is Packed Full of Healthy Omega 3!

With the New Year now upon us, thoughts inevitably turn towards healthy eating.

The key is, of course, having a balanced diet, and seafood plays an important role in that. Indeed, health experts recommend we should eat two portions of fish a week, one of which should be an oily fish, such as salmon.

Salmon (including Scottish Smoked Salmon) is packed full of Omega 3 - a type of fat found in oil-rich fish. It is a 'good' fat that benefits our health in many ways and it’s essential we get enough from our diet as it can’t be made by our body.
