Smoked Salmon Open Sandwich
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 100g sliced Scottish salmon
- 2 slices of rye bread, toasted
- 50ml half-fat creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- half a teaspoom grated horseradish
- squeeze of lemon juice
- lettuce leaves
- tomato, thinly sliced
- cucumber, thinly sliced
- black onion seeds
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Method
- In a small bowl mix he the creme fraiche, horseradish, dill and lemon juice and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto the toasted rye bread.
- Top with lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced cucmber and smoked salmon, and top with black onion seeds.
